Cadence at Gateway Pool Builder
New inground pools, spas and sun shelves designed for Cadence at Gateway backyards.
Cadence at Gateway is a 464-acre master-planned community in southeast Mesa, with homes from several national builders.
Most Cadence homes are new, and many backyards were handed over with a patio slab and not much else. Pools here are often compact, with a sun shelf and a bench, so there's still room for turf and shade.
A new inground pool in Mesa can't start without a City construction permit. The City's pool checklist asks for a Contractor Licensure Verification Form, a site plan with full dimensions, engineer-sealed structural drawings, and electrical, plumbing and mechanical plans. We prepare that package and file it through the City's online permit system.
Sized to leave space for turf and a covered patio.
Shallow lounging space without a big footprint.
A short block wall section opened and rebuilt for the dig.
Usually. We check setbacks, easements and access, and a compact design with a sun shelf fits many of these yards.
Most master-planned communities review pools and equipment placement. We provide drawings for you to submit before we dig.
